Jamie Lidell. Yeah. If your feet don’t move with these tunes, then you’re dead. I’ve loved Jamie’s 2005 album Multiply ever since it came out. Worn it into the ground even. And I can’t stop listening to these tunes off his new album Jim.
Blue eyed soul is the genre he gets put in - but, damn. He’s got all soul. Stevie, Al, James, Jamir - he channels them all. Pop these on the pod and have a great weekend. Oh, and I practically posted this whole album.
